Morrie

Tuesdays With Morrie is not a book one can read casually on board the U-Special. I learnt that the hard way. You feel sad when the book ends, coz you're not ready to let go just as yet. You wish you'd known someone like Morrie, to help you prioritise things accordingly to what really matters. You want to hold him and laugh with him and learn to cry unabashedly when things go wrong. You want him to tell you if you've been running after the wrong things all along. But most of all you want to cherish everything you have, and value the people around you way more than that new car you've been wanting to buy.

Thank you Morrie, for coming into my life, however brief a period it might have been for.

It's a pity that you don't write often :(

Tuesday's with Morrie is definitely one book that makes you realize what the important things in life are, and how little importance we really give to those things. It's a truly touching book, one of those rare works that you really cannot keep down once you start reading it.

Its truly an amazing book. And its funny how the really important things in life are the ones we neglect the most.
